Refund Policy

I do not offer returns or exchanges due to esthetics and ask that you please look at the listing photos carefully and read the listing descriptions before checking out. Most of my mugs are made in small batches at a time. Please allow for slight variation from photos as each mug is handmade and one-of-a-kind.

Please also double check that your shipping address is correct upon checkout, as I do not offer refunds on orders sent to the wrong address. 

If you have any issues with your order (such as delivered broken or the wrong item shipped to you, etc), please take photos of the item(s) and shipping box to document the issue and contact me at hoffthegridgoods@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order so I can work with you to make it right!

If you notice a defect or other issue with your item that affects the functionality within 30 days of receiving your item (outside of user wear or accidental damage), please send me an email with photos and an explanation and we will work together to resolve the issue. 

I do not offer refunds/cancellations or exchanges on custom/pre-order items as they are made specifically for you from start to finish. Thanks for your understanding.
