COVID-19 Shipping Update: As we head into the holiday season, delays with estimated shipping times may occur. Please check in with your local Canada Post and USPS for updated information on delays in your area. Orders ship from Victoria BC, Canada. Shipping is currently offered within Canada and to the United States.
I ship all orders with tracking and insurance with Canada Post. If you are in Canada, packages are shipped Expedited. If you are in the US, orders are shipped as a Tracked Packet or Expedited (If the order exceeds $299 CAD). If you need your order shipped with a different carrier or different parcel service, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can get you set up with exactly what you need!
Flat rate shipping is calculated based on the number of items in your order and where you are located. For multiple item orders, in the event I am able to fit them into a smaller box than expected, shipping may be less than what was quoted at checkout. If this happens, I will submit a refund for any overages and you will receive an email confirming your refund :)
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date purchased. Pre-order items ship within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification within that window, letting you know your order is made and on its way to you, along with tracking information for your order.
If you selected Local Pick-Up as your shipping option, please check your inbox for a follow-up email from me about setting up a time to stop by the studio and pick up your order. I'll be in touch with you within 24-48 hours after placing your order.
Your order will come carefully nestled in recycled kraft paper and packed securely inside a recycled cardboard box. I occasionally receive donated packing materials from other local businesses, such as bubble wrap and compostable peanuts. If you order is packed using plastic packaging, it will always be re-purposed or recycled to ensure no new plastic is being used.
If you notice the box your order arrives and is damaged, please take photos of it prior to opening it and contact me as soon as possible. Please also take photos of all the contents, and do not throw any of the packaging out until you have contacted me. I am unable to file a damage claim without proper documentation and photos. If I am able to file a claim for damage or because a package was lost in the mail, I will refund your order accordingly and as soon as possible. Please note, this can take some time, and I appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to rectify your order.
I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to look at the photos and read the description of each product carefully before placing your order.
If you purchased an order going to an address in the US, it may require additional duties and/or taxes to be paid upon delivery. Please check with your local USPS to learn more about additional fees and what to expect when your order arrives.
